Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist - B2B CollectionsLocation: On-site in Ville Saint-Laurent (Hybrid)Work Model: On-site during training, then 3 days in-office / 2 days remoteAbout the Role:We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and manage high-volume B2B collections. You'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely payments from clients in the hospitality and student housing sectors. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility after the initial training period.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.- Contact clients via phone (25%) and email (75%) to follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment delays.- Negotiate payment plans and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.- Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity.- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes.Candidate Profile:- 2+ years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.- Experience with Oracle Flora, SAP, or similar ERP systems is a plus (training provided).- Proficient in Excel (intermediate level - spreadsheets, formulas, data organization).- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Other Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Why Join Us?- Work with a collaborative and supportive team.- Gain exposure to well-known clients in the U.S. hospitality and housing sectors.- Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model after training.- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Please send your resume in Word format to Sofia Naranjo at sofia.naranjo@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
