Title : Sr. Mill Technical Manager – Milling Division, Head Office Cambridge, Ontario

Term : Full Time Permanent

Wage : $45–$65 per hour

Hours of Work : 40 hours per week; overtime applicable after 40 hours

Your Role

The Senior Mill Technical Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise to all milling sites. The focus is on optimizing plant production processes to enhance product extraction, reduce by‑product and waste, improve capacity utilization, upgrade facilities and equipment, and increase overall plant efficiency. Responsibilities include process design / re‑design, engineering, equipment adjustments, industry best practices, operational technologies, and targeted improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing the national roll corrugation program and ensuring optimal equipment use across mills.
