Full-Time Temporary SIS Administrative Assistant

Chinook’s Edge School Division invites applications for a full-time temporary Administrative Support position at Carstairs Elementary School (Grades K-4), commencing March 15, 2026. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, effective computer skills in a variety of programs, including Google Apps and Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel). Knowledge and experience with the use of PowerSchool (Student Information System) and records management is required. Duties will include maintaining student records, submissions to Alberta Education, general office reception, newsletter / social media production, public relations, and other duties as designated. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a proven team player who focuses on high levels of customer service.
