As a Material Handler at our new facility in Richmond, BC you will be a vital part of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials within the factory. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet production schedules, maintain safety standards, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence. This role offers an opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Physically move products within the factory to designated work centers or part locations, supporting seamless production flow.
• Assist in job order kitting and material movement activities to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Collaborate closely with planning and manufacturing supervisors to keep production on schedule.
• Communicate with Production and Purchasing teams regarding material outages or shortages to minimize disruptions.
• Verify inventories and confirm part locations as needed to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Support the company’s safety initiatives by practicing safe work habits and using required safety equipment to promote a Zero Lost Time accident environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational needs.

The pay range is $18 - $21 per hour. Exact compensation will be based on experience, education and other job-related factors.
