Agro Team Member-Drumheller, AB-Westview Co-op

What you’ll do :

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand :

Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety

Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.

Operating our point-of-sale terminals

Stocking Shelves with product

Ensuring the high-level of store image in line with our Brand expectations

Other responsibilities and projects assigned

This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted).

This is a full-time position, the successful candidate will have the ability to workdays, evenings and weekends for approximately 32-40 hours per week
