Would you enjoy a junior Receptionist / Greeter role and like to gain some front office experience?

Are you a people person with great communication skills? Are you a student looking for some extra work?

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a temporary assignment to cover as a Reception / Greeter in Windsor, ON.

  • Must be available to work all of the folllowing dates - Friday Dec 13, Friday Dec 20 and Monday Dec 23

Advantages

Hours : 8 : 30am - 4 : 30 pm

Orientation for 1 hour before the start date - will be paid for this time

Responsibilities

As a Reception / Greeter your responsibilities will be :

  • General reception area coverage and providing front office presence
  • Greeting guests who enter the office in a polite and courteous manner
  • Offering and making refreshments (offer beverages ie. coffee, water etc.)
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • No phone or computer work involved
  • Qualifications

  • Enjoys working in a corporate office setting
  • Approachable and accommodating to walk-in traffic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and enthusiastic attitude
  • Requires Business / Professional attire, no jeans or logos
