The Bilingual Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for our Consumers, Suppliers, Retailers and Employees.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow- up services.
This is an important role to help build relationships and gather important information as well as provide accurate information to our clients.
We are looking for a hard-working Bilingual Customer Service Associate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external requests of varying complexity and doing so through providing the highest level of customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- First point of contact for our Consumers, Suppliers, Retailers and Employees.
- Answer incoming requests via phone, email, fax, and ticketing systems.
- Register the contact details into the ticketing applications.
- Responding to requests and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures
- Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Full fluency in French and English is required)
- Previous customer service experience (Phone and email)
- Previous contact center experience is an asset
- Strong digital literacy ability to work with websites, databases and fluent in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, Ownership mindset, Negotiation Skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Professional and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
