Job Description

IG Machine & Fibers Ltd. is a manufacturer of quality commercial and residential roofing products and part of the IKO Group of Companies. We presently have an opportunity for a Process Engineering Co-Op (8-month or 12-month contract) to join our team based in Brampton Ontario beginning in January 2026. Please note this is a Safety Sensitive position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with large ongoing project to update our Standard Operating Procedures / Standard Working Instructions / checklists
• Organizational work in the computer system using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)
• Lead continuous improvement projects to solve technical issues and improve process performance
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing strategies and troubleshooting tools
• Observing the production floor to figure out sequence of events and assist with process map
• Organization of documentation systems
• Assist with Health and Safety administration as required
• Other administrative duties as required
