Marketing Coordinator

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this dynamic role, you'll get to dig into a bit of everything. Here's what you can expect your responsibilities to look like :

• Creating marketing packages and brochures for clients using Photoshop / InDesign and GIS mapping software.
• Producing other marketing materials, creative content and preparing Offers to Lease using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assisting with an array of ongoing marketing activities, including website maintenance, e-newsletters and e-blasts, social media content, planning trade shows and conferences, and managing our contacts database.
• Conducting market research, including researching properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for copying and internet services company.
• Assisting brokers in their day-to-day activities and supporting General office duties as required.
