Job Summary (English)

Apply for the Sr. Data Consultant role at ADP. As Sr. Data Consultant you will design, develop and maintain data solutions that support ADP’s internal clients. You will turn data into information, insight and business decisions.

Every day you will work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end.

To thrive, you should be able to identify and fix errors reactively, have formal education in quantitative analytics, know design patterns and data structures, and be able to leverage existing or create new models.

Essential Responsibilities (English)

• Develop data solutions for ADP’s internal clients related to financial and operational programs.
• Provide statistical and analytical reports ad hoc for business purposes.
• Plan, design, develop, test and implement data solutions consistent with business objectives.
• Develop programs, package, test, configure and deploy data solutions and investigate and resolve solution issues as needed.
• Participate and collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, hosting and procurement.
• Act as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within your domain.
• Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure they are informed on project activities and status.
• Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Requirements (English)

• Proven experience as a Data Insights Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, modeling, and statistical analysis.
• For Quebec candidates: French is required, and English is also required.

Preferred Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and Python.

Job Summary (Français)

En tant que consultant principal de données, vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance de solutions de données qui offrent un soutien aux clients internes d’ADP.

Chaque jour, vous travaillerez avec plusieurs parties prenantes pour identifier, concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des projets d’analyse avancés qui suivent l’entonnoir de conversion des consommateurs du début à la fin.

Pour prospérer, vous devez savoir identifier les erreurs et les corriger de manière réactive. Vous devrez avoir une formation formelle en analyse quantitative et connaître les modèles de conception et les structures de données.

Responsabilités essentielles (Français)

• Développer des solutions logicielles pour les clients internes d’ADP.
• Fournir des rapports statistiques et analytiques ad hoc à des fins commerciales.
• Planifier, concevoir, développer, tester et mettre en œuvre des solutions conformes aux objectifs commerciaux.
• Développer des programmes, empaqueter, tester, configurer et déployer des solutions et étudier et résoudre les problèmes de solution au besoin.
• Participer et collaborer avec d’autres intervenants, y compris la sécurité, l’assurance qualité, la formation, l’hébergement et l’approvisionnement.
• Agir en tant que source experte de connaissances technologiques et applicatives dans leur domaine.
• Rechercher, recommander et présenter de nouvelles technologies et de nouvelles utilisations de technologies existantes.
• Communiquer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour vous assurer qu’elles sont informées des activités et de l’état du projet.
• Posséder plus de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.

Exigences obligatoires (Français)

• Expérience professionnelle confirmée en tant qu’analyste de données ou analyste de données d’affaires.
• Excellente maîtrise des bases de données SQL et Oracle.
• Maîtrise d’Excel, de la modélisation et de l’analyse statistique.
• Pour les candidats au Québec : le français est obligatoire, et l’anglais est également requis.

Exigences privilégiées (Français)

• Baccalauréat ou équivalent.
• Connaissance de tableau, Power BI et Python.
