Insight Global is seeking a Senior Frontend Web Developer with a strong background in building modern web applications and features using within the past three years. This individual will contribute across two primary workstreams :

Platform Modernization : Enhancing and ultimately retiring the existing monorepo to improve developer workflows. This includes enabling independent feature deployments, optimizing build processes, and contributing to a more scalable frontend architecture.

Component Development : Designing and developing reusable, high‑quality UI components across multiple web pages using TypeScript, JavaScript, and

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and will play an active role in mentoring junior and intermediate developers. Candidates must be comfortable working EST or CST hours and must meet the qualifications listed below.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a front-end engineer.

Expert knowledge of React, , JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Built web applications and web features on in the past 3 years

Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

Proficiency with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.).

Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate developers and enjoys working in a team environment

Some familiarity with architecture and design experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with headless CMS platforms
