You will be working for a privately owned Calgary real estate company with a solid reputation in the office & industrial markets. They have built a strong foundation through thoughtful acquisition over the last several years. Responsibilities

• Serve as the Controller, responsible for the Group's financial reporting, budget monitoring, and monthly reporting activities (ASPE).
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, manage cash flow operations, and oversee annual budgets and forecasts.
• Review bank reconciliations across all companies, manage external audit processes, and mentor a Junior Accountant.
• Work closely with the Director on various strategic projects and ensure all financial reports accurately reflect the company's operations.
