Product Owner (ID#5220)

The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Product Manager to support a large-scale Claims & Rehabilitation Transformation Program. This role is ideal for an experienced product professional who can bridge business design, technology delivery, and change management to guide the creation and evolution of business-critical products and features.The successful consultant will work closely with business analysts, SMEs, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate business analysis into clear product visions, roadmaps, and benefits-driven features. Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the business design team to transform business analysis into well-defined products and features.
• Define and quantify the expected business benefits for each product.
• Clarify how each product will be used by end users and how it will impact their workflows.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and technology delivery teams.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines product sequencing, feature sets, and timelines.
• Communicate the product vision and feature intent to delivery teams, ensuring clear business context and shared understanding.
• Work closely with solution architects, technical leads, and business SMEs to support decision-making and solution alignment.
• Partner with change management experts to plan for adoption, training, and operational readiness.
• Develop and deliver presentations for business and technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and steering committees.
• Support Business Case development to secure funding, articulate benefits, and demonstrate value.
