Logistics Coordinator – Port MTL / Rail Terminals

Job fonctions :

• Receives all delivery orders from customers and exercise discretion;
• Use judgment when relating to the customer requests, schedules and informing dispatch;
• Enters all orders into Zac-Tranz software for dispatch - technical lines requires specialized training, experience or knowledge of transportation industry;
• Comminicate customer delivery needs and appointment dates / times to customer and relate service requirements to dispatch.
• Verify bookings are released at depots / ports for export moves, and trac import containers on the rail / port to confirm delivery is made by last free day or port cut off.
