About the role
We are looking to hire an Electro‑Mechanical Assembler for a full‑time permanent day shift position. In this role, you will report directly to our Production Manager and be responsible for producing high‑quality products. This hands‑on position allows you to work independently and allows you to demonstrate your skills. As part of a small team of technical experts, you must be dedicated, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow in other areas within RBR.
What you’ll do
- Build high‑quality electromechanical assemblies
- Read through process documentation, bills of materials (BOM), drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate assembly of our products
- Perform high‑quality soldering using soldering tools, a microscope, and other equipment
- Collaborate within a fast‑paced team environment to drive process improvements and cross‑training initiatives.
- Work with the Research and Development department on new product introductions and contribute to the design of manufacturing (DFM) initiatives
