About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to own and grow our brand presence across online marketplaces. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and performance of our Amazon channel, while driving revenue growth through compelling content, smart advertising, and data-driven decisions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and profitability across all e-commerce marketplaces as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Amazon Account Management

  • Manage Seller Central and / or Vendor Central accounts
  • Oversee product listings, inventory health, pricing, and compliance
  • Resolve listing issues, account health warnings, and policy violations

Product Listings & Content Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content)
  • Ensure brand-aligned imagery, copy, and keyword strategy
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Amazon Advertising (PPC)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Monitor ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates
  • Test, iterate, and scale advertising strategies to maximize profitability
  • Sales & Performance Analysis

  • Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Forecast demand and support inventory planning
  • Inventory & Operations

  • Coordinate inventory replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
  • Manage Seller Fulfilled orders
  • Oversee FBA and FBM logistics and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams
  • Promotions & Launches

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional events
  • Support seasonal campaigns, Prime events, and deal strategies
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, product, and customer service teams
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across Amazon and other channels
  • What You Bring

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and marketplace best practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Amazon reports and performance analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Strong written communication skills for listing copy and internal coordination
