Pharmacy Director

Western US

Join a growing community hospital expanding its footprint across multiple clinics as the next Director of Pharmacy . This highly visible leadership role provides 24 / 7 oversight of pharmacy operations, strategy, and clinical excellence. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy.

Youll shape the future of Pharmacy Services by :

  • ️ Leading strategy, direction, and daily operations
  • ️ Designing systems and policies that ensure safe, high-quality medication management
  • ️ Strengthening compliance with state / federal regulations
  • ️ Building collaborative relationships with pharmacy staff, hospital leaders, and providers
  • ️ Driving performance, resource utilization, and 340B optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Pharmacy (required)
  • Masters in Business or PharmD (preferred)
  • Current Pharmacist License
  • 35+ years of acute care pharmacy management experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy financial operations
  • In-depth knowledge of the 340B Program (required)
  • BLS certification
