Job Description
Program AdministratorLocation: Onsite – Ottawa, ONProvide planning and administrative support
Assist in drafting and managing documentation such as EXORDs, EXSPECs, PXRs, and briefing packages
Coordinate logistics for exercises including travel requests, clearances, event registration, and nominal rolls
Support financial forecasting, budget tracking, and cost documentation for major training initiatives
Engage with stakeholders across units and host nations to align deliverables and exercise outcomes
Maintain oversight of project timelines, records, and reporting during all stages
Education: Certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution
Experience: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in project/program administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
