Coordinator | Adult Day Services

Position Summary

Interior Health is seeking a permanent full‑time Coordinator, Adult Day Service . An exceptional opportunity for a compassionate leader who is passionate about improving the lives of others.

In this role, you will guide and support a talented team of Activity Coordinators and Activity Workers, working together to provide meaningful day services for clients with complex health needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia. Your leadership will help clients remain safe, supported, and independent within their communities. As part of the broader NOK Home Health and Allied Health portfolio, you will join a collaborative and knowledgeable group of professionals who offer mentorship, coaching, and ongoing peer support to help you succeed.

Location : This position is flexible within Vernon, Enderby, Salmon Arm, Revelstoke.

Salary range for the position is $74,618 to $107,264. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.

The Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and operations of Adult Day Services. This includes Adult Day Services provided through contracted community partners.
