Pay Range : $50,000-$75,000 plus annual incentives

Job Summary
The Client Advisor assists the Client Executive(s) in providing the highest quality service to Acera clients; mentoring and coordinating the administrative and marketing processes within their sales team
Essential Job Functions
Creates & executes client service plans, service deliveries, ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the clientMonitors client satisfaction through maintaining relationshipsContributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, implementing service plans, and other issuesFields client communication via snail mail, email, phone and / or face to face and identifies clients’ insurance requirementsCreates proposals for clients and prospective clients that demonstrate Acera’s unique approach to mitigating business riskEducates clients to ensure they understand their business risks and insurance coverageAcera Leader in the client and insurance industry through professional writing, speaking and networking engagementsSupports processes and procedures and past practices; participates in team meetingsAdvocates for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clientsCompetencies & Qualifications
