Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Lead and manage assurance and accounting engagements including planning fieldwork and financial statement preparation
• Review working papers financial statements and tax filings prepared by junior and intermediate staff
• Provide mentorship training and guidance to team members
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on accounting tax and business matters
• Ensure compliance with professional standards regulatory requirements and firm policies
• Assist partners with practice management tasks and business development initiatives
