CCTV Surveillance Operator

Join our emerging company, Grey Owl Digital Surveillance, based in Vancouver, as a CCTV Surveillance Operator reporting to the CCTV Operations Manager. This is a casual position.

What You Will Do

• Conduct visual patrol verifications of assigned properties using CCTV programs and / or associated software.
• Investigate any alarm conditions flagged in the CCTV programs and / or associated software.
• Activate assigned device(s) at an assigned property or operational sector in compliance with policy and procedure manuals.
• Provide attentive and alert surveillance and counter‑surveillance of any assigned properties, assets, or persons.
• Prepare and submit incident reports for senior management and location stakeholders.
• Escalate communications with local authorities and agencies in accordance with policy and procedure manuals.
• Ensure emergency services are activated and correctly directed as required in response to on‑location incidents and observations.
