Duties and Responsibilities :

• Under the direction of the designated Supervisor of Community Programming or designate, the successful applicant will supervise and ensure the safety of customers at all City of Windsor aquatic locations. Duties will include but will not be limited to :
• Providing a safe and clean environment; maintaining customer service and public relations; guarding in pool and water park environments.
• Lifeguards may be rotated to various Recreation facilities to accommodate programming requirements.
• Eligible and qualified Lifeguards will be required to perform the duties of an Aquatics Instructor.
• Will perform Occupational Health & Safety duties as outlined in the Corporation’s Health and Safety Program.
• Will perform other related duties as required.
