We are seeking a licensed, proactive Property Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bring structure, initiative, and leadership to a company that’s continuing to evolve.

About the Role
The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and high tenant satisfaction. You will coordinate with tenants, contractors, and ownership, and play a key role in driving the company’s growth and organization.
You’ll report directly to the owner and work with a dedicated team, including maintenance, bookkeeping, and on-site building support. As the portfolio expands, you’ll have input into future staffing needs and operational improvements.

The company is in the process of strengthening its operational structure, so this role will suit someone who can work resourcefully, organize processes, and take initiative without heavy oversight.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the property management division evolves — including providing input on staffing, systems, and workflows as the portfolio continues to expand.
