RTWSS Kinesiologist

Position Details

RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include:

• Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses
• Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans
• Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers
• Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW

For those interested, the RTWSS caseload can be combined with an active rehab caseload

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience conducting job site visits
• Must have experience implementing GRTWs
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with insurance payers is an asset
• Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
