The Role

We are searching for an extraordinary Business Development Representative. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role you should be innately curious passionate focused and driven. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers and will be a big part of helping drive our continued success.

What Youll Do

  • Generate leads by leveraging sales strategies to draw in new customers.
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls emails and creative outreach strategies
  • Presenting our company and product value to customers by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products / services
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with customers and potential clients
  • Proactively researching and seeking new business opportunities by identifying markets or potential partnerships.
  • Following up with existing clients and leads that went cold to develop new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products / services and new pricing / payment plans
  • Contributing to the development of our outbound sales strategy.

What You Bring

  • University Degree (Commerce or STEM is a plus)
  • Experience in a customer facing service environment.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to utilize them.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Naturally curious and confident.
