$90-100K + 8% Bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Nursing division. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive HR strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and employee experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business needs
- Analyze workforce metrics (retention, productivity, safety, engagement) and recommend improvements
- Lead employee relations matters, including discipline and terminations, in compliance with legislation
- Support and implement national HR programs and change initiatives locally
- Coach and train leaders to ensure fair, consistent people practices
- Promote health & safety, policy compliance, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplinesPost-secondary education in HR, Business, or related fieldCHRP, bilingual (French / English) is required, and union experience are assetStrong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a high-growth, multi-site environmentWhat You’ll Bring
5–7 years of HR experience in healthcare, medical, or nursing environments is an asset but not requiredStrong HR analytics skills; comfortable working with Excel and HR dataConfident, outgoing relationship-builder with the ability to influence and drive changeDisclaimer :
