Organizational and Business Transformation Consultant

The consultant will be responsible for :

• Specifying the organization's objectives, developing policies, standards, and plans to achieve these objectives.
• Advising senior management on issues affecting the organization's ability to meet business objectives.
• Developing and managing the implementation of organizational improvement plans, including identifying, analyzing, planning, tracking, and controlling improvements on a continuous basis.
• Making recommendations, providing advice for improvements, and assisting in developing and implementing solutions.
• Coaching on business-related topics.
• Assisting stakeholders in understanding their strategic goals.
• Analyzing stakeholder business objectives and recommending solutions to address business problems.
• Implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions to enable organizational objectives.
• Assessing the organization's capacity and capability to undertake and successfully deliver initiatives or changes.
• Examining the link between organizational goals and work processes to achieve objectives at strategic and operational levels.
• Processing problems into solutions or new opportunities, researching best practices.
• Developing mission and vision statements.
