Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Kieswetter Mazda is seeking a full-time front desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. If you're organized, have a positive attitude, and love helping people, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors in person and on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer multi-line phone system, screen calls, re-direct calls, and distribute messages accordingly
• Vehicle inventory input and maintenance
• Complete vehicle licensing transactions with the Ministry of Transportation
• Sign for packages and collect and distribute incoming mail
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as required
• Ensure common areas and office supplies are kept tidy and well-stocked

Hours and remuneration:

• Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 6pm
• No scheduled evening or weekend hours
• $20/hour

Required qualifications and experience:

• Minimum High School or equivalent education
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Auto dealership experience an asset but not required
• Organization and attention to detail are extremely important
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
