Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine service calls and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on product usage.
• Perform water quality testing and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Previous experience in field service or a related role is an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus.
• Reside in Manitoba
