CCR-Care Coordinator

Care Coordinator – PhysioHouse Trenton Casual Part-Time position. Must be available to work until 6 : 30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with hours subject to change based on business needs.

Location : This position will work with PhysioHouse Trenton located on Ontario Street in Trenton and will provide additional support to PhysioHouse Belleville and PhysioHouse Wellington
