Description de posteBasic knowledge of mechanical or electrical assembly preferred Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required Must be able to perform essential job duties that involve standing for extended periods, with occasional squatting or bending, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly , occasionally lift up to 50 lbs unassisted , and up to 75 lbs with assistance , with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to maintain attention to detail and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required, with consideration for applicable religious or disability-related accommodations Must be able to reliably report to the work location for scheduled shifts This position requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection; accommodations may be made as required Work is performed in an environment with limited climate control (fans and heat only) and is subject to seasonal heat and cold May involve exposure to forklift and truck traffic depending on department; safety training and precautions are required Adherence to all safety requirements and rules of conduct is mandatory at all times

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our team in Rocky View, AB. This role is ideal for candidates with basic mechanical or electrical assembly knowledge who are eager to learn and grow. On-the-job training will be provided. The Assembler will use hand and power tools to support the assembly of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and / or electrical assembly tasks following work instructions and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- Assist with material handling and basic shop duties as required
