Description de posteReporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, perform responsibilities and essential job functions as assigned. Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service. Have knowledge of and assist other tradespeople as required. Provide quality work in keeping with Brand standards outlined by the supervisor. Drive standard operational vehicles such as pickup truck, garbage truck, forklift and skyreach lift. Act as backup relief sanitation attendant and complete duties for the role as needed. Safely operate tools such as hand tools, chainsaw, hoist, rigging material, and log splitter. Safely deploy and utilize ladders and scaffolding equipment. Maintain cleanliness of break room, storeroom, washrooms, mechanical rooms, vaults and storage areas. Attend Sustainability meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. High school and / or technical school education. Must be in excellent physical condition. Valid Alberta driver's license. Previous Labourer experience required. Ability to repair and replace brick pathways is an asset. Ability to work safely and ensure co-workers are following JPL safe work practices and confined space operations. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Mechanically inclined and able to operate equipment is an asset; mechanical / maintenance experience is an asset. Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
