Description de posteConduct fitness consultations to develop member rapport and document goals Create an individualized training program based on the member’s goals and abilities Motivate and train members using 1 : 1 or small group sessions Track, monitor and report member progress toward goals All other duties as assigned Current CPR, AED and nationally recognized personal training certifications are required Previous personal training experience in a fitness facility or private training environment is preferred Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals Desire to continually learn new principles in training, overall fitness, health and nutrition

The Personal Trainer focuses on helping the member reach their fitness goals, starting with an initial fitness consultation to establish a 1-1 rapport. You will have access to a facility with the latest equipment and guide members toward their health and fitness goals.
