ROLE SUMMARY :
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for ensuring excellence in National pricing execution and analytics. Working cross functionally and collaboratively with various business partners to continually improve communications, accuracy, and effectiveness in pricing and related processes.
Supports the business with day-to-day revenue and profitability related analytics as well as business projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ownership of National pricing models including maintenance and alignment with Provincial Liquor Board price model calculators where applicable, as regionally assigned.
Responsible for timely and accurate Liquor Board submissions and active pricing execution across all applicable Arterra systems ERP, Point of Sale etc. .
Price model file management and business visibility including version tracking, protections, security and confidentiality.
Maintaining compliance with all Provincial Liquor Board and Government price setting and submission regulations and requirements.
Responsible for control reviews of daily change audit reporting and providing supporting documentation for internal and external audit requests as required.
Leverage pricing process and ERP Pricing module expertise in troubleshooting and ensuring accuracy in the recording and processing of revenue and all related sales order transaction accounting.
Provides National support to Customer service and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve pricing issues, troubleshooting and order corrections.
Providing strong collaborative pricing support and expertise to both internal cross functional business partners such as Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing teams as well as key external pricing business partners such as National Grocers and Provincial Liquor Board contacts.
Proactive engagement with pricing related business projects, continuous improvement initiatives and externally mandated change requirements.
Responsible for identifying, developing, and executing pricing improvement strategies and solutions across both process and systems perspectives, nationally and regionally as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING :
College or University Degree
3-5 years of experience in progressive Pricing Analyst roles, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods or beverage Alcohol industry
Experience with JD Edwards 9+ versions or similar large scale ERP system
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Advanced Excel and analytics skills with ability to effectively manage complex formulas and large volumes of data.
Ability to plan and organize work independently ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
Initiative and results oriented and able to collaborate and build relationships across various teams and with internal and external customers.

COMPENSATION : Budgeted Range $59,738.00 $77,308.00. The budgeted range considers several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
