Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive service inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Midas services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Training will be provided to the right Candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of automotive services is an asset but not required.
