What You’ll Do

Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting to secure new business clients.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and internal teams.

Deliver personalized, professional advice with a focus on accuracy, client satisfaction, and value creation.

Confidently present and communicate our value proposition to stakeholders across all levels.

Analyze buyer personas and address the unique challenges of our target market.

Drive results by achieving quick wins and consistently exceeding sales goals.

Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to support pipeline management and follow-up.

Partner with your Service Support team to ensure seamless onboarding, client service, and retention.

Stay current on industry trends, evolving client needs, and the competitive landscape.

Attend networking events, client meetings, and other lead generation activities.

Provide timely reporting, insights, and presentations to management.

Respond to client inquiries, gather underwriting information, and conduct research as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in B2B sales , ideally within insurance, financial services, or professional solutions.

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented with a passion for growth.

Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems (an asset).

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable and effective in both virtual and in-person sales environments.

Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.

Persistent, resilient, and results-driven, with a “hunter” mindset.

Experience using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for professional outreach.
