AGLC is currently seeking a Junior Network Operations Analyst (SA1) to support our Team, with a primary focus of supporting AGLC's Corporate and Gaming Network infrastructure. This includes support, maintenance, capacity management, and the implementation of new technology. As an Operations Analyst, the incumbent will serve as an escalation point and assist other analysts on both the Network Operations team and the Network Infrastructure team. The incumbent will be required to monitor the Operations Queue, handle support calls, collaborate with other team members to create operational support plans and procedures, and assist other IT staff with technical issues and task priorities.
The secondary role of this position is to coordinate and manage changes or installations of physical infrastructure in AGLC facilities. This includes wide area network service installations, major cabling installations and changes, as well as preventive maintenance, upgrades, and moves for data closets.
