Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms; prepare booking packages.
• Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase the customer base.
• Visit job sites to check status or determine scope of prospective jobs.
• Review and complete appropriate paperwork after a job is completed.
• Drive sales from tender to contract ratification.
• Personally investigate customer complaints and address issues; contact customers for collection when necessary and identify alternative payment options.
• Attend out-of-town sales meetings and regional trainings.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Main focus on Modernization Sales with New Installation cross-training and future growth opportunities; portfolio assignments may change based on operational needs.
