Construction Coordinator (Mechanical)

We are seeking a Coordinator, Construction Services (Mechanical) for one of our clients. This role provides the opportunity to manage medium-complexity construction contracts, collaborate with Client-Partners, and contribute to the delivery of infrastructure at their Cold Lake location. Key Responsibilities

As the Coordinator, Construction Services (Mechanical), you will manage and administer medium-complexity construction, professional services, and service contracts during construction to ensure compliance with requirements. Your responsibilities include :

Contract & Project Management

• Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality specifications.
• Coordinate and solve day-to-day contractual problems.
• Monitor and control schedules.
• Review progress claims, negotiate and issue change orders, and address scope changes.
• Manage contract financials, consultant construction reviews, and third-party testing.
