Responsibilities
HR Strategy : Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational objectives and promote a positive work culture.Talent Acquisition : Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.Employee Relations : Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee performance and development.Training and Development : Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Compensation and Benefits : Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits, to attract and retain top talent.HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and policies, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements, and data privacy laws.Employee Engagement : Implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms specific to the regional workforce to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention in Canada.Qualifications
Qualification required : MBA with HR certificationExperience required : 10 to 12 years in various HR functionsSeniority level
