Customer Service Rep - Work from home - Flexible hours

Universal Call Center Rep : are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

• Earn $21.50 CAD per hour¹
• Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that.
• Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday : 730am-11pm EST (Peak : 9am-4pm EST) Saturday : 730am-8pm EST (Peak : 730-8pm EST) Sunday : 9am-8pm EST (Peak : 11am-3pm EST)
• Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
