Description : SCOPE :
Require a senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experiences to provide digital expertise and skills that support the transformation of online internal and public facing web services.
- By working with key stakeholders and as part of the project team, take a lead role in the digital transformation and providing design recommendations of a new user centric public website and nbsp; and nbsp;to serve the needs of the citizens of Ontario and judicial users and nbsp;, to provide a service that is accessible to all users regardless of their abilities, device, environment or quality of access. and nbsp;
DELIVERABLES :
Plan and conduct user research and jurisdictional analysis.Interpret collected user research data and nbsp; and nbsp;and qualitative feedback from surveys and / or questionnaires.Contribute to user stories, personas, and storyboards.Determine information architecture and create sitemapsCreate prototypes, wireframes, and taxonomiesConduct usability testingIdentify users’ needs and understand how users consume and navigate contentPlan and design the information architecture for the website; what information should go where? Which elements are more important and should be given priority?Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchiesAnalyze product metrics such as daily sessions, time-on-page, and goal completion rate to evaluate effectiveness of existing copyDocument all functional aspects of the product design processCombine UX thinking with design execution, to recommend usable and intuitive user interface and nbsp; and nbsp;Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with usersSkills

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge of usability factors in Human Computer Interaction and nbsp;Knowledge of interaction design principles and using industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle and nbsp; and nbsp;Knowledge of current web usability and accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring the service meets the AODA and WCAG success criteria and nbsp;Strong communication skills to participate in team discussions, ability to explain complex technical terms for a non-technical audience, make solution recommendations and document / explain workAbility to take on a leadership role, and communicate effectively with members of senior management, legal counsel(s), and members of the judiciaryAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, to sell your ideas to colleagues, both technical and non-technical and nbsp;Demonstrated the ability to get buy-in from a team to implement new and improved ways of doing thingsCRITERIA :
