As we expand our service offerings, we are launching a new Loan Monitoring Division to support financial institutions, private lenders, and project owners with impartial, value-driven oversight of construction financing.

Position Summary

M3 is seeking an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or Certified Estimating Consultant (CEC) to lead the growth and operations of our Loan Monitoring Division . This senior leadership role combines technical delivery, client relationship management, and strategic business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing monitoring tools, managing project reviews, reporting to lenders and owners, and building a high-performing team as the division grows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Strategy

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Atlantic Canada and beyond
• Prepare and lead proposals for loan monitoring, due diligence, and lender advisory services
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth targets, pricing strategies, and market positioning
