Prerequisites include education and hospital experience, with a preference for experience at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills, along with good to excellent computer skills, are essential.

The position involves leading a shift, reporting to the Senior Team Leader and STEGH Security Supervisor. Responsibilities include deploying resources, managing Codes, coaching and training guards, and handling book-offs.
