Role Overview

Application Deadline : February 12, 2026 (we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis)

Duration :   8 months

Start Date : May 11 2026

Minimum Qualifications : Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. If you are not currently located in the area of this co-op position, you must be willing to either commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the co-op term. All students will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing prior to commencing work. Proof of a valid work permit will be required, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Project Management : opportunity to assist in coordination of maintenance projects in a processing plant,; responsible for organizing, scheduling and monitoring the status of maintenance projects
• Monitor project budgets and identify inefficiencies and offer cost effective solutions
• Collaborate with engineering team to produce detailed designs for mechanical projects on site such as upgrades to equipment building facilities
• Coordinate the plan and schedule for maintenance shutdown work
• Supporting operations and work with skilled trades to fix equipment failure and develop repair scopes of work
• Build and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Pay Range : CAD $4,833- $6,125 per month

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
