We have an exciting opportunity for a presentation coach supporting Stantec's client development programs. Reporting to the Client Development Team, as the Presentation and Pursuit Team Coach you will play a crucial role in helping our teams win.

As a performance coach (strategist), you will collaborate with pursuit teams of engineers, project managers, and technical specialists to elevate their presentation skills. Your goal is to enable them to deliver compelling, engaging, and informative presentations that resonate with diverse client audiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment :

Conduct initial assessments to understand the specific needs and challenges faced by engineers and technical professionals that are preparing to present to clients.

Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to individuals or teams.

Assist engineers in structuring their presentations effectively.

Coach technical leaders on effective public speaking techniques.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
