We are currently looking to hire a Journeyman Outdoor Power Equipment Technician to our work at our Grande Prairie Head Office shop.

As the Outdoor Power Equipment Technician, you are responsible for: Completing small engine work orders accurately and timely Completing equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic repairs Performing service work as required (cleaning, lubricating, etc.) Testing repaired equipment for proper performance Monitoring parts usage and report on any material issues Assisting with ordering replacement equipment, parts, and supplies Documenting work performed in detailed, readable, and accurate manner per Rentco procedures You have the following education, training, and skills: Journeyman Small Engine Mechanic/Outdoor Power Equipment Technician certification or equivalent experience Class 5 drivers’ licence with a clean abstract and the ability to travel to off-site locations Experience working on small tampers, generators, and water pumps Ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs.
