KBE Engineer

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract KBE Engineer (Windsor, Ontario). Contract with potential for long term Hourly pay range $42.00- $44.00 Remote with ability to travel to supplier / company sites as required and some travel to the U.S for meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating CAD (Catia / NX) parametric math models for BIW upperbody components / subassemblies using
• Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
• Position requires extensive knowledge of Teamcenter and NX modeling and an extensive background developing, packaging, and releasing BIW components and subassemblies.
• Managing internal and external suppliers
• Supporting pre-production and launch activities at vehicle assembly plants (US, Mexico, CA), creating and maintaining CBOM and quadris, benchmarking, and other responsibilities as required for the role / program.
