Network Controller

Role Mission

The Network Controller coordinates activities related to the daily organization of Air Transat flights including codeshare and connecting flight programs. This person plays a key role in managing irregular operations and supports the Operations Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Set daily priorities for codeshare and connecting flight programs.
• Communicate directives and priorities to relevant departments within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC).
• Monitor codeshare flight programs in Altéa and ensure accurate updates.
• Analyze baggage projection modules identify restrictions and adjust flight schedules with approval.
• Compile data and statistics for the daily operations report.
• Update delay reasons in AIMS and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist the Operations Manager during irregular operations or schedule changes.
